• the motto “they’ll get ‘em tomorrow”
• dugout pranks
• extra innings
• plays at the plate
• everything

80 days. 80 days until doubles, away games, walkoffs, bunts. 80 days until complete games, shutouts, and strikeouts. 80 days until stolen bases, cheers, and groans. 80 days until “Don’t worry, they’ll get ‘em tomorrow.” 80 days until games on another side of the world.
