So we waited in line for about an two hours, and we went up to the autograph booth and had him sign a picture and then I said “thank you” and he looked up and made eye contact and smiled at me and said “you’re welcome” and we totally shared a moment! He was so sweet and nice and anybody who talks crap about him is crazy because he has got to be like the nicest baseball player in the majors! Afterwards, it was so worth standing for two hours! He probably has no idea how big of fans we are of him, much less remember us at all, but it was so cool! I’m still smiling thinking about it!
